payment:
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. All payment transactions on our site are protected via an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) service provided by GoDaddy.com.
sales tax on items:
Connecticut state sales tax (6%) will be applied where applicable to items shipped from our location in Connecticut.
out of stock items:
As we are a new online business, we order limited quantities and sizes. We are learning what shoppers like you are buying before we are able to maintain a bigger inventory. However, if there is an item that is "out of stock", there is a chance still we can place a special order for you. Just be sure to contact us immediately in regards to this; timing is everything with "seasonal" items.
order processing, shipping & tracking:
We ship Monday through Friday (except on Holidays) via UPS, within the continental US. UPS ships to street addresses only. We do not ship internationally (that is outside of the US, US Territories and Canada) and we do not ship to multiple addresses.
We make every effort to process and ship your in stock order within 2-3 business days of receiving it. Deliveries via UPS Ground usually can take up to 5 business days once shipped, depending on the US ship to location. To view the UPS Ground Map for your US shipping location, go to http://www.ups.com/maps/results. Expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select) is also available on most items at an additional charge.
Please note, select items (including monogrammed items) and special orders require additional order processing time and will be noted in their product description.
We will let you know the moment your package leaves our location, by sending you an e-mail with its tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online at ups.com
Please note, if UPS Tracking indicates that a package was delivered, we are no longer responsible for it.
returns, exchanges, refunds & credits:
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a refund, ChicKiddie credit or exchange, within 14 days of purchase.
ChicKiddie credit will be issued in the form of a coupon code unique to you, and sent to you via email. To redeem, simply enter the store credit coupon code in the coupon code field during checkout. It will automatically take your store credit amount off your purchase. If your purchase is less than your store credit amount, within 24 hours, we will issue you a new unique store credit coupon code for the remainder of your store credit with us. Please note that store credit does not cover shipping!
Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping costs are not reimbursed. All items must be returned unused with tags attached, in complete sets (if more than one piece), and in, if any, original packaging from the manufacturer (like a box or bag). We are unable to accept returns on special orders (including monogrammed items) and items purchased at a discounted price "on sale" or "final sale".
For a refund, we will only be able to credit the card used to make the original purchase. If you are returning a gift, you will be issued ChicKiddie credit in the amount of your return, before shipping.

We suggest that you send your return package with a tracking number, as we are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit. If your item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date, so we can promptly process a claim with UPS. After 7 days, we may not be able to process a claim.
Please note, it is important to retain the damaged package "as is", so that it may be inspected in the event of a claim.
We will process your return within 5 business days, but most credit cards will take 2 billing cycles to reflect your refund, so we ask that you please be patient.
price adjustments:
ChicKiddie reserves the right to mark down items at any time. Price adjustments will be issued in the form of ChicKiddie credit only. Your purchase must have been made within 5 days of the sale markdown to qualify for a price adjustment. If eligible, please contact us so we can issue you a coupon code for the adjusted amount, via email.
size chart:
We carry a variety of brands, so sizing can vary significantly from one to another. If you’re familiar with a brand and their sizing, use your best judgment when ordering. Below is a general size chart true to majority of brands, to help you out. If a brand runs smaller or larger than the sizing in the chart below, we will make a note in the product description.
